I was fortunate to co-create a graduate program in e-commerce and online marketing that was dominated by women. That's why I believe no special encouragement will be needed soon, it's happening? How do you try to stay current? Mainly through conversations with business partners, colleagues, students and lecturers. The combination of business, training and academic environments gives me endless opportunities to have such conversations, exchange experiences, listen, observe and examine new recommended solutions in practice.

Gaining experience is certainly a good school, but it’s also important to be able to use your own initiative, feel like you’re part of a team, and be appreciated for your work results. I was lucky enough to meet very supportive people from the beginning ( , , ), and the above scenario was implemented very quickly.
A few years later, however, my self-confidence was truly tested. When I took over the position of President of the Polish branch of an international company a few years ago, I had to not only build a brand and a team, but also prove that women could succeed. Women have never managed in any other market before, and they are clearly a minority at this tech company. Fortunately, this changed years later, with the Polish branch becoming the forerunner of these feminized changes.
